i’m sick, won’t make it today

Get well soon, Jonas. I’ve got it: your appointments today are cancelled.

Short-notice job today, 8am–2pm, Müllerstraße site. Can you take it?

Yes, I’ll take it

Sarah is taking Müllerstraße. Team lead informed, client notified, schedule updated.

01 · Industries

Every industry has its own chaos. carl knows it.

IT field service, trades, events: carl joins as a colleague who has done this before. He knows the workflows, roles and exceptions of your industry and speaks the language of your business.

02 · Ramp-up

One conversation and carl knows how you work

Explain your business to carl the way you would to a new colleague. What he understands, he keeps. What he’s missing, he asks about.

03 · Scheduling

carl brings the right people together.
In 30 seconds.

You tell carl what you need. He pulls together what belongs together: people, data, resources. You decide, carl tells everyone. The schedule is done before the office opens.

Today: ~90 minutes, 4 tools

Open Excel, check availability

Message five people one by one

Wait for replies

Update Excel, calendar, team lead, client

With carl: ~30 seconds, 1 channel

"Hey carl, staff the Munich project with 5 technicians."

carl matches, asks, documents

All you do is confirm

admin time per assignment

people work with carl every day

nights and weekends included

04 · Availability

Five o’clock on a Sunday, carl picks up. Not you.

carl keeps going when the office closes. He answers right away and logs who needs to know. Client, team and dispatch always know where the project stands.

And because someone always answers, the request that comes in late in the evening stays yours.

05 · Reminders

You know before things get tight.

carl notices first. He reminds, follows up, passes on what matters, and only pulls in dispatch when it really counts. That keeps the day predictable.

Job reminder

Tomorrow you are at the Müllerstraße site at 8:00, please be there 10 minutes early. Heads up: there are lane closures at the moment because of another building site across the street.

Check-in reminder

Your shift starts now. Please remember to check in.

Check-in missing

I still don’t see a check-in from you. All good on site? Just confirm quickly, then I know you are there.

Last reminder

You are still not checked in. Please get back to me, otherwise I have to tell your dispatcher what is going on. If you are running late or something else came up, drop me a quick note and I’ll pass it on.

Dispatcher is notified

Tobias hasn’t checked in yet. Here is his mobile number +49 170 445 2189 if you want to call him directly. Should I look for a replacement in the meantime?

06 · Documents

carl does the paperwork while you do the work

Employment contract, job report, invoice, confirmation to the client: carl pulls the data that is already sitting in your systems and files the finished document, once or a hundred times. And your evening belongs to you again.

07 · Onboarding

New role open. Filled on the spot.

Contracts, paperwork, system access: carl handles all of it in the chat, while your new colleague is already getting ready for the first job.

08 · Systems

Your tools talk to each other now.

Outlook, Excel, calendar, Personio: your tools stay exactly as they are. carl connects them in the background into one shared source of truth. Many tools become one. If you love Excel, keep Excel.

carl writes where your team already is: WhatsApp, Teams or Slack. Everyone stays in their own channel.

Microsoft 365

09 · Rights & roles

Rights & roles

Everyone sees exactly what concerns them.

Admin, management, client, external staff: every role has fixed permissions, as reliable as a key card. Your people see their assignment. Your client sees their status. You see everything.

10 · Languages

carl speaks your language. And your team’s.

German, English, Turkish, Polish, Romanian, ...: carl answers in the language of your team and your clients. Everyone writes the way they talk, and gets understood.

For the office, carl translates it back and keeps the record clean. So everyone joins in, each in their own language.

What carl says, you can prove.

Every answer carries its source from your systems. When something contradicts, carl asks. What he can’t prove, he doesn’t say.

Your data stays in Germany. And with you.

carl is GDPR-compliant, your data belongs to you.

13 · Implementation

carl earns your trust.

One workshop day, three weeks of building: after 4 weeks the first process runs with one department. Only once it sticks does the next one follow, like with any new colleague, in real day-to-day work.

One day: pin down processes, roles and the pilot group. Concrete, not slides.

Three weeks. We wire up the first workflow. You keep working as usual.

One department live. Every person is set up in five minutes and writing with carl.

Once the workflow sticks, the next one follows: department by department, not everything at once.

IT Field Service & Logistics

Around 140 technicians, dispatchers and team leads already work with carl every day, live in production.

less manual data entry

active users every day

to ask everyone available at once when someone drops out

until a cancellation is refilled

When technology takes work off people, the company wins back time, and the team wins back its evenings.

Julian Lorenz

Co-Founder & CTO, nnexoro

Plan jobs, dispatch technicians, hold tickets and routes together. 140 technicians, dispatchers and team leads already work with carl every day.

Dispatch for IT field service

Staff jobs, refill when someone drops out, capture hours and extra work. carl plans with the office and keeps the site and the client in the loop.

Dispatch planning for trades

Ask hundreds of people, refill cancellations instantly, document shifts. carl keeps the roster stable without anyone picking up a phone.

Shift staffing for events

I’ll show you where you’re losing time.

Enter your website, wait two minutes. carl reads your business and sends back what he could take over. Free, no appointment.

30 seconds. No pitch deck. Just results.

Half our people don’t speak German. Does that work?

Yes. carl writes to everyone in their own language and translates the reply back for the office. For the technician nothing changes except the language in the chat.

What happens when there’s no signal on site?

The message goes out as soon as there’s reception again. The technician writes it whenever it suits. carl still files it against the right time and the right project when it arrives.

What if someone simply doesn’t answer?

carl asks several people at once, not one after another. Whoever says yes first gets the job. If everything stays open, carl reports back to the dispatcher, including who has been asked so far.

Can the client tell they are writing with an AI?

carl doesn’t pretend to be human. He introduces himself as carl, and wherever a decision is made, it carries the name of the person who made it.

Just ask me …

Fragen

What happens if carl schedules the wrong person?
carl never locks in a job that nobody approved. He matches, asks and proposes; the confirmation comes from the dispatcher. Every decision is logged and traceable.
What does the works council say about this?
carl is subject to codetermination under §87 BetrVG. We work that out with you before we start and hand over the paperwork for the works agreement. There is no reporting on the performance of individual employees by default; what may be evaluated is up to you and your works agreement.
Does carl cost jobs?
No. I take over the chasing and the follow-up calls, not the work. Whoever installs heating systems today will install them tomorrow. What goes away is the evening someone spends typing up timesheets.
Who owns our data, and what happens if we stop?
The data is yours. When the contract ends you get it exported, in a format your systems can read. We keep nothing, and your data trains no models.
